I'm sure it can probably handle a higher framerate than the Intel. It is possible that you are not running the games off of the AMD. I also noticed that you have dual graphics GPUs. I have read other posts in which the files needed to be in a specific location for the game to find them, not the standard location. Then open the folder and double click DXSETUP.
